President Don Lucas II - After 33 years in law enforcement , Don retired as a Lieutenant from the Rochester Police Department (RPD) in September 2011. During his career with the RPD, Don was assigned to a variety of operational and administrative positions, which included Uniform Patrol, Narcotics Unit, SWAT team, Professional Development, Mounted Unit, Crime Stoppers, Professional Standards, Critical Incident Investigations, Aide to the Commander of Patrol Division, Aide to the Deputy Chiefs of Operations and Administration, Commanding Office of Research and Evaluation and Administrative Aide to the Chief of Police. In 1987 Don married Dawn, who also enjoys riding their 2016 Harley-Davidson Tri-Glide Ultra. They have three children and live in Geneseo. Don may be emailed at [email protected].
Past President Michael Quinn - Riding for more than 40 years, Mike joined the Blue Knights in 2003. He and his wife, Sue, have been introduced to Knights from the Southwest and Northeast conferences, making friends across the country. He was NY IV's inaugural Chaplain, a role he still proudly fulfills. Mike got his start in 1980 as a part-time patrolman with the Attica PD. He was hired in 1984 by the Wyoming County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy and, during his career, wore many hats, including emergency response, field supervision, fire investigation, traffic crash management and crime scene investigation. During his career, he was awarded Deputy of the Year, Medal of Valor, Medal of Merit, the Life Saving Medal and Regional MADD DWI Enforcement. Mike retired from the SO in 2005 to take a LT's position at the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility. In 2005 he went back part time to Attica PD and was the first Attica Court Security Officer. In addition to law enforcement, he was a volunteer firefighter for 39 years, holding the ranks of Rescue Capt. and First Asst. Chief for four years with the Horseheads FD, and 35 years with the Attica FD.

Director Arnie Bennigsohn - Arnie lives in Churchville, NY, and has been a Blue Knight since 2008. He retired from the Monroe County Sheriff's Office in 2014 and now works as a Court Security Officer for the federal court system. During his 32 years with MCSO, Arnie served in many assignments, including Road Patrol, K-9, Scuba Unit, Marine Patrol and Motor Officer.

Director Efrain Gonzalez - Efrain has been married to his spouse, Robin, since 1979, and they have two children, Melissa and Matthew, who have blessed them with six grandchildren.  He was hired by the RPD on December 30, 1982, and retired in good standing as a sergeant on January 24, 2011.  Prior to that, he was employed as a Monroe County Sheriff's Deputy, working the road from 1/3/81 to 12/30/82, bringing his total years of police to 30. Currently, he rides a 2008 Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic.

Treasurer Paul Friday - Paul retired from the Rochester Police Department as an Investigator in April 2018, after more than 30 years of service. During his career, Paul served in a variety of assignments, including Uniformed Patrol, Mobile Field Force, Professional Development Section, License and Warrants Unit, Crime Analysis Unit, Background Unit, Field Investigations Section, and Special Operations Section - Tactical Unit - Auto Theft Task Force. During his 13-year tenure with the Auto Theft Task Force, Paul was cross-designated with the New York State Police and assigned to their Special Investigations Unit in Rochester. In 1994, Paul met his wife, Fran, who also worked for the RPD as a civilian in the Chief's office. Fran retired in 2011, after serving more than 32 years. They were married in 2004. Paul's current motorcycle is a 2013 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Paul and Fran live in Greece, NY. Paul may be contacted by email at [email protected].

Vice-President Jon Lupo - Jon retired as a Captain from the New York State Police (NYSP) in July 2019, after 32 years of service. During his NYSP career, Jon fulfilled a number of field and leadership roles, including zone command, criminal investigation, road patrol, internal affairs, field supervision, and basic and in-service training. His primary ride is his 2019 Harley-Davidson Tri-Glide Ultra, but when he strays to the dark side, he prefers his 2024 Honda CB1000R Black Edition, which he never rides over the posted speed limit. Secretary Shawn Houseman - Shawn retired from the Brighton Police Department in 2022, after 26 years in law enforcement. During 
his career, he served as a police instructor, field training officer, SWAT member and EDPRT member. Shawn also spent time with the Major Felony Crimes Unit. Shawn rides a 2010 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy Lo with Vance and Hines pipes. In addition to riding, he has a passion for health and fitness and has competed in several fitness competitions along with his wife, Lacy, and their son.
