President Sean Noonan - Sean served 23 years with the Monroe County Sheriff's Dept. Police Bureau-assignments included uniform patrol, CID Headquarters and C Zone. He was a member of the Hostage Negotiation Team. He retired in 1986 as uniform Patrol Sergeant.
He worked over 25 years in the banking industry retiring in 2015 from ESL Federal Credit Union. Sean joined the Blue Knights NY IV in 2006 and he rides an HD Road King Classic Trike. He has attended 6 Tri-State Conferences. Currently, Sean volunteers for the Shrine Children's Hospitals as Hospital Transportation Coordinator arranging rides for kids needing medical care from Central & Western NY area. Vice President Mike Quinn - Riding for over 40 yrs., Mike currently rides a 2011 HD Electraglide Ultra Classic SE. Joining the Blue Knights in 2003, Mike and his wife Sue have been introduced to Knights from the Southwest and Northeast conferences, finding friends all over. He was and still is NYIV's first Chaplin. Mike started part time with the Attica PD in 1980. He was then hired in 1984 by the Wyoming Co. S.O. as Deputy Sheriff wearing many hats including Emergency Response Team (SWAT) Fire Inv., Crash Management and Crime Scene investigator. He was the county's first DWI Patrol Director from 1990-2005. In 1992 he was promoted to shift supervisor (Sgt). Awards include-Deputy of the Year (twice), Medal of Valor, Medal of Merit, Life Saving Medal and Regional MADD DWI Enforcement. Mike retired from the SO in 2005 to take a LT's position at the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility. In 2005 he went back part time to Attica PD and was the first Attica Court Security. Outside LE he was a VFF for 39 yrs. holding the ranks of Rescue Capt. and First Asst. Chief for 4 yrs with Horseheads FD and 35 yrs. with Attica FD. Mike can be reached at (585) 993-7584 or email [email protected] Secretary/Treasurer John Strong - John retired in December, 1998 after 30 years with the Rochester Police Department. In 1977, he was one of the founding officers who brought back the Mounted Patrol to Rochester and served in that unit for 7 years. He then went to the Motorcycle unit for 15 years. He was also a member of the SWAT team from 1971 to 1986. After retiring from RPD he went to work as a corporate manager for B&L Wholesale in Rochester and formally retired in September, 2014. John lives in Fairport with the love of his life, wife Joanne. They have 3 children and their spouses and 10 grandchildren. The only thing he loves more than his family is a nice day's ride with Joanne on their trike. Their trike is a 2009 Goldwing with a 2013 CSC trike conversion kit. Over his motorcycling history, John has been a member of several other MC clubs but now is totally dedicated to the Blue Knights. John and Joanne have also become campers and have a 5th wheel that is on a permanent site in Holley, NY. When not on their trike, they enjoy relaxing at their camper with family & friends. John can be contacted at (585) 770-4420 or email [email protected] Past President Don Cambisi - From Rochester, Don has been riding with pride since 1986 after joining the Blue Knights as a member at large. He then joined NY XVII and eventually transferred to NY IV in 1999 where he is very proud to ride with the best chapter and the best people in the Blue Knights. Don was a 24 year veteran Deputy Sheriff/Motor Officer instructor. After retiring with 24 years in the Sheriff's office, Don went on to join the NYS Park Police for two years and then continued his law enforcement career by becoming a Federal Officer with US Customs and Border Protection in Homeland Security after attending the Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Georgia. Don has retired as a Road Supervisor with the Rochester-Genesee Regional Transit Authority located in Rochester, NY. Don can be contacted at (585) 429-5508 or at his email - [email protected]
Director Don Lucas - After 33 years in law enforcement , Don retired as a Lieutenant from the Rochester Police Department (RPD) in September, 2011. During his career with the RPD, Don was assigned to a variety of operational and administrative positions, which included Uniform Patrol, Narcotics Unit, SWAT team, Professional Development, Mounted Unit, Crime Stoppers, Professional Standards, Critical Incident Investigations, Aide to the Commander of Patrol Division, Aide to the Deputy Chiefs of Operations and Administration, Commanding Office of Research and Evaluation and Administrative Aide to the Chief of Police. In 1987 Don married Dawn, who also enjoys riding their 2016 Harley Davidson Road Glide Ultra. They have three children and live in Geneseo.
Director Arnie Bennigsohn - Arnie lives in Churchville, NY and has been a Blue Knights since 2008. He is retired from the Monroe County Sheriff's Office since 2014 and now works as a Court Security Officer for the US Federal Courts. During his 32 with MCSO, Arnie served many duties including Road Patrol, K-9, Scuba Unit, Marine Patrol and Motor Officer.
Director Efrain Gonzalez - Efrain has been married to Robin since 1979 and they have two children Melissa & Matthew who have blessed them with 6 grandchildren. He was hired on the RPD 12/30/82 and retired in good standing as a sergeant on 1/24/11. Prior to that he was employed as MCSO Deputy Sheriff road patrol from 1/3/81 to 12/30/82 which makes his total years of service 30. Currently he is riding a 2008 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic.

It will suffice to say that NY IV has the best and most active members that any organization could ask for and we thank them all for making us who we are.
